Refund & Return Policy — Vastpoint Technologies

At Vastpoint Technologies, we want you to be confident buying tech accessories from us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless faulty on arrival:

  • Earphones/earbuds and other items classified as personal-hygiene electronics, once opened
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions
  • Products with visible physical or liquid damage caused after delivery

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund, in line with your rights under the Kenya Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email contact@vastpointtechnologies.com or WhatsApp +254 181 488085 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship or hand over the item via the agreed courier. Return shipping costs are covered by Vastpoint Technologies only when the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect; otherwise the customer covers return shipping.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PesaPal. Please note PesaPal and your bank/mobile money provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If you paid via M-Pesa through PesaPal, the refund will be returned to the same M-Pesa number used at checkout.

6. Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., different color or model), let us know when you submit your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Brand Disclaimer

Vastpoint Technologies is an independent retailer. We source our products from authorised distributors in Kenya. All brand names and trademarks, including Oraimo, Anker and Awei, belong to their respective owners. We are not the brand owner or manufacturer.
