    Welcome to Vastpoint Technologies ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website at vastpointtechnologies.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

    1. About Us

    Vastpoint Technologies is an online retailer of technology accessories operating in Kenya, offering nationwide delivery. Vastpoint Technologies is a trading name of Vastpoint Traders. 

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order on this site.

    3. Products & Pricing

    • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where an order was affected, will contact you before processing.
    • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

    4. Orders & Payment

    • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through PesaPal, our third-party payment processor, which supports M-Pesa, cards, and other local payment methods.
    • Vastpoint Technologies does not store your card or mobile money credentials; these are handled securely by PesaPal.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors, with a full refund issued in such cases.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    • We deliver countrywide via third-party courier partners. Delivery options are: free collection from our Pickup Station; Standard Delivery within Nairobi (KES 300); Standard Delivery outside Nairobi (KES 400); and Express Same Day Delivery within Nairobi (KES 500). The applicable cost is shown at checkout before payment. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
    • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier or delivery address.
    • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Vastpoint Technologies, though we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

    6. Refunds & Returns

    Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

    7. Brand Disclaimer

    Vastpoint Technologies is an independent retailer. We source our products from authorised distributors in Kenya. All brand names and trademarks, including Oraimo, Anker and Awei, belong to their respective owners. We are not the brand owner or manufacturer.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site — including the Vastpoint Technologies name, logo, product descriptions, and images — is the property of Vastpoint Technologies or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    9. User Conduct

    You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent orders, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Vastpoint Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
