1. Delivery Coverage

Vastpoint Technologies delivers nationwide across Kenya via third-party courier partners.

2. Shipping Cost

We deliver countrywide via third-party courier partners. Delivery options are: free collection from our Pickup Station; Standard Delivery within Nairobi (KES 300); Standard Delivery outside Nairobi (KES 400); and Express Same Day Delivery within Nairobi (KES 500). The applicable cost is shown at checkout before payment. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

3. Delivery Times

• Nairobi (Standard): 1–2 business days
• Nairobi (Express Same Day): same day, where possible, and no later than the next business day
• Outside Nairobi: 3–5 business days
• Pickup Station: ready for collection once your order is confirmed

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation via PesaPal. You will receive tracking details (where available from our courier partner) once your order has shipped.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because you are unreachable or the address provided is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
